So the operator enters the work order into the system, but his production supervisor is on holidays and the temp is unsure if he should approve it. So he calls around for more info on the problem and also who he should call to get things rolling. Unfortunately he was told the Manager has to sign off first due to cut backs so he sends and email and waits.
Couple hours go by…….
Operator calls back and tells the temp dude that the tank has overflowed and now he also has to get a clean up crew involved because it was a hazardous chemical and operations does not have the equipment.

Alberta Environment has been called due to the spill and they issue a ‘Stop Work’ order.
