Oops, the operator did not like that, he opens up on you and gives you a piece of his mind. You retort back and say your just doing what you were told, the morning meetings are mandatory for the men so he’ll have to wait.
Operations is at wits end so they send in an operator to try and fix it, but he has no training in the field. He grabs a sledge hammer and starts to wail on it, because that’s how he always fixed his car alternator. He cracks the pump casing and acid sprays everywhere including on him.
Now safety is involved and WCB is notified and shuts your plant down pending an investigation why someone got hurt.
The phone rings, its HR, time for a meeting. You never saw your desk again.
